In a context of constant noise, someone with a calm, focused and resilient presence makes the difference.

For over 20 years I worked in tech organisations with executive management and leadership responsibilities, the last 7 at Microsoft. Making decisions with incomplete information, keeping teams together under pressure, and trying to move the business forward on constantly shifting ground was my reality for a long time.

In 2010 I chose a new path. Working with organisations in close collaboration, but from the outside. That brought new challenges, the need to learn new disciplines, to increase my self-awareness, and to let go of old patterns.

Today

I combine executive coaching, Agile practices and a set of tools: facilitation, training, mentoring, which I adapt to the context and maturity of each person and team. The work happens organically and the art lies in knowing what to use at each moment.

Personal and professional development is a constant, through ongoing study, continuous training and peer intervision. It is this commitment to best practices that sustains the quality of the work I do.

In Practice

Activities take different formats:

  • Individual one-hour sessions, on a fortnightly or monthly basis;
  • Thematic workshops for teams or groups of leaders;
  • Professional coaching with structured methodology, individual or team-based;
  • Direct observation in the work context is also an important part, as it makes it easier to identify patterns and give concrete, specific feedback.

The most common themes: communication, leadership, trust, collaboration, feedback, facilitation, Agile practices, emotional management, among others. Everything is defined by the objectives, the context and the maturity of each person and team.


The goal is to help leaders grow, gain maturity and develop the competencies that make their leadership more effective. The same applies to people with potential who are being prepared to take on leadership roles.

Team development is also an important area, because that is where the collaboration fundamental to high performance is built.
